Pathfinder Industrial Parts was founded in 2026 by Nicholas Papianni with one simple goal: to provide dependable industrial parts backed by exceptional customer service, competitive pricing, and a commitment to putting customers first.

After years working in the industrial parts industry, Nick recognized an opportunity to do things differently. He believed businesses deserved faster turnaround times, better communication, and affordable solutions without sacrificing quality. More importantly, he wanted the freedom to build a company that reflected his own values—honesty, reliability, and genuine relationships with every customer.

The inspiration for Pathfinder Industrial Parts came at an important time in his life. As the father of two young children—his toddler son and newborn daughter—Nick wanted to continue doing the work he loved while creating a life that allowed him to be more present with his family. Rather than continuing to build someone else’s business, he chose to build one of his own.

Today, Nick takes pride in helping companies across a wide range of industries source quality parts quickly and affordably. Whether it’s tracking down hard-to-find components, providing fast quotes, or helping customers minimize costly downtime, his focus remains the same:

Every great company needs someone who keeps the team motivated—and at Pathfinder Industrial Parts, that’s Lola.

Lola is a three-year-old English Bulldog and the official mascot and Chief Morale Officer of Pathfinder Industrial Parts. Long before the company officially launched, she was faithfully by Nick’s side through every late night, every business plan, every phone call, and every milestone. If Nick was working, Lola was right there making sure he never worked alone.

Known for her unwavering loyalty (and her insistence on being involved in absolutely everything), Lola quickly became part of the foundation that Pathfinder was built on. Whether she’s supervising quotes from her favorite office chair, keeping an eye on the phone, or simply reminding everyone to take a break, she takes her job very seriously… most of the time.

When she’s not “working,” you’ll usually find her following the family from room to room, keeping watch over Vincent and Giada, or hoping someone accidentally drops a snack.
